Product Overview: overview The FUH series engineering plastic pump is a project introduced by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry and a major scientific and technological achievement of the 'Seventh Five Year Plan'. It is carefully designed based on the digestion and absorption of imported equipment, combined with the advantages of domestic corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump structure. This series of pumps was included in the 'Torch Plan' project in 1993 and won the 1995 New Product Award. The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance (among various plastics), and strong impact resistance. The sealing of the pump adopts various sealing forms such as mechanical seal, power seal, and packing seal, which can transport acid and alkali clear liquids, as well as slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities. Especially in the transportation of corrosive liquids containing fine particles and the transportation of hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acids, electrolytes, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, etc., it has shown excellent performance. The pump is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 100 ℃. After replacing the impeller and pump body with other engineering plastics (polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, perfluoroalkoxy F46, random copolymer polypropylene PPR), the applicable temperature can reach 120 ℃. The pump can be equipped with dual phase steel, 904 or 304 stainless steel impellers. The FUH series pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single suction, and bracket centrifugal pumps.

Application areas: purpose The FUH series pumps are mainly used for various liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food and beverages, and alcoholic beverages.
